2027 Annual Enrollment
2027 Annual Enrollment runs Monday, October 19 – Friday, October 30, 2026. This is your once-a-year opportunity to review your benefit options and choose coverage that works for you and your family for 2027.
Take a few minutes to review what’s changing, compare your options, and make your elections — you’ll need to actively enroll and verify your dependents to have benefits in 2027.
If you do not enroll or verify your dependents, you will not have benefits coverage in 2027.
You must enroll
You must enroll in benefits by October 30 to have benefits on January 1, 2027.
Current benefits do not roll over. If you don’t take any action during Annual Enrollment, your next opportunity to change your benefits will be next year’s Annual Enrollment window, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Dependent verification audit
During Annual Enrollment, dependents verified before January 1, 2025, and newly enrolled dependents must complete a dependent verification audit. You’ll need to submit documents to confirm their eligibility.

Dependent verification audit
During Annual Enrollment, we will conduct a dependent verification audit to confirm the eligibility of dependents verified prior to January 1, 2025.
Be on the lookout for communications with instructions and details on the supporting documentation you will need to submit during the audit.
New benefits website
We’ve redesigned the benefits website from the ground up. You’ll find easy-to-use tools and faster access to everything you need to understand your coverage.
Health care concierge
Health Advocacy Solutions (HAS) is our new health care concierge, replacing the Coupe Health Valet and Quantum Health. Your HAS Advocate can help you understand your benefits, find in-network providers, compare care options, and resolve claims or billing issues.

Savings & spending accounts
Increased health care savings potential. The IRS has increased contribution limits for 2027.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Individuals — $4,500
- All other coverage levels — $9,000
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- $3,400
Wellness Program platform
The Wellness Program requirements and savings will remain the same, but how you register and track your progress will move to a new platform called Navigate in early 2027.
Medical plan name
The Coupe PPO medical plan is changing its name to Copay PPO, but all coverage will remain the same.
Keep this handy through every step
Before you enroll
- Review the 2027 Benefits eGuide, including the 2027 benefit costs.
- Use the Medical Matchup tool to help you compare plans.
- Collect the required dependent verification documents.
Reminder: Dependents verified prior to January 1, 2025, will need to resubmit documents to confirm their eligibility. - Make sure you can log in to the LSC Benefits Center.
During Annual Enrollment, October 19 – 30
- Make benefit elections online by the October 30 deadline by clicking Enroll to register or log in.
- If you do not take action, your 2026 elections WILL NOT carry over, except for Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability buy-up coverage.
- You and your spouse/domestic partner must confirm your tobacco-free status to retain your medical premium credit.
- Add dependents and update designated beneficiaries as needed.
After you enroll
- Complete your dependent verification for any dependents you add during enrollment and any dependents who were verified prior to January 1, 2025.
- Review your confirmation statement for accuracy.
- Contact the LSC Benefits Center immediately if there are any errors.
- Keep an eye out for your new ID cards in early 2027.
