Employee Assistance Program

Sometimes life can be challenging, and you may need guidance and support for balancing work and family life. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential counseling, support, information, and tools to you and your family members, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Real support for real life

The EAP is available when you need support for:

  • Managing stress, anxiety, or depression
  • Dealing with grief and loss
  • Caring for a child or parent (including finding resources to help)
  • Legal or financial issues
  • Addressing substance abuse for yourself or a dependent

You and each household member can book up to six free confidential counseling sessions per issue, per year. Click here to learn more.

When you’re in need, call for live assistance from a professional or request an appointment through the app or online — whatever is most comfortable for you.

Skip the phone call — text a Talkspace therapist

The EAP offers six free counseling sessions per issue, per year, per person. With Talkspace, one session generally equals one week of access and the ability to send unlimited messages to your therapist, or one complete live video session. Register online or through the app.
