Your benefits are here to support your health, your finances, and your family this year and down the road. Before you enroll, get familiar with your Company’s benefits, who’s eligible, when you can make changes, and where to go if you have questions.

Before you enroll
A few things to know before you enroll:
- If you have not enrolled in benefits, you must take action to log in to the LSC Benefits Center to make selections or decline coverage within the enrollment deadline, or you won’t have any benefits for the plan year.
- Dependents must be verified within 30 days of the date you submitted your elections, or they won’t be added to your coverage.
- You can enroll two ways: Online via the LSC Benefits Center or by calling 888-681-2241, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT.
- Outside of enrollment, only a qualifying life event lets you make changes to your benefits during the year, and you'll typically have 30 days to update your coverage. (A few events permit up to 60 days to make changes.)
