Everyday stress and anxiety. A death in the family. A child going away to college. A cross-country move. Turn to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by Carelon Wellbeing, available 24/7 for support and resources to help balance life’s challenges.
How it works
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone — free, confidential help is available immediately through the EAP for you and your household members. Employees and household members do not need to participate in any other Company benefits to access this resource.
The EAP provides confidential information and guidance with:
- Stress management
- Depression and anxiety
- Marriage and relationship issues
- Finding care for an aging parent
- Legal concerns
- Financial planning
And more
You’re automatically enrolled in this benefit, and the Company covers the cost because supporting your peace of mind is a priority.
Six free counseling sessions
You can book up to six free face-to-face or virtual counseling sessions per issue, per year. Each member of your household is eligible, whether they’re enrolled in other Company benefits or not.
Schedule an appointment with a licensed professional counselor for confidential online or in-person sessions during times that work for you, even evenings and weekends. Choose from a network of caring clinicians who can help with a range of personal and work-related concerns.
Legal & financial services
You and your family may experience legal and financial hurdles at some point, which can lead to stress and worry. Carelon can help you find discounts on these services and assist you with having a safe, confidential discussion with a legal or financial expert.
Work & life support services
Carelon can help you successfully navigate personal, work, and family concerns. Carelon provides referral services related to child and eldercare, education, growing families, consumer resources, home maintenance and repair, and daily living resources.
